The site was created using a substantial amount of the information from the Galleywood Information Leaflet issued in March 2002, and was updated with information from the Leaflet issued in May 2003, together with numerous individual updates and additions since.
If you have any knowledge of something going on within Galleywood, or would like to let others know the details of your club, or your favourite walk, restaurant etc then let us know & we will try to post it up on the site for others to share. If you want to advertise your event or you are looking for help from others within the village, then send us details.
You may also have ideas of contributing to the site, with a section we have not included yet. The possibilities are probably endless, but they could include a 'thought for the week', or a 'favorite recipe' for those chefs amongst you.
We have not done anything with the free "Small Ads" section, as yet, but you could contact us, or visit the Galleywood Village Market, or if you cannot sell it, contact the local charity shop, or the Farleigh Hospice Distribution Centre in Rignals Lane (see Charities).
The Notice Board is also there for you to have your say - it could be a contact message, or perhaps details of how your meeting/event went, or just a thank you for those that supported or helped with your event
